The position includes travel to customer locations in the local, national areas and possibly some international travel.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead the commercial aspects of projects, including quotations, SOWs, and profitability guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams across purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and design to achieve project goals.
- Identify and resolve potential challenges to maintain customer confidence and project success.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales performance and financial projections.
- Conduct kickoff and closeout meetings, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all account activities.
- 50% Travel to customer sites locally, nationally, and some possible international travel as needed.
